Hello. This is me, Martín Prechtel, saying hello to you. Hello in every language, saying hello to all creeds and castes. To each and every one of you– here, there, everywhere, in all countries, counties, on the rocky coasts, by rivers big and small, by every kind and color of beach whose sands embrace every mood and flavor of the tides, to those in the mountains, beneath the hills, in hospitals, stuck in schools, trudging in cities, on farms and working ranches, those listening in the jungles of the world, the beautiful starry deserts of the land, those surviving in places known and unknown, those thrown-away in little drywall cubicles, or those forgotten in big empty unfriendly hard war-beat places, hello to those shunned living invisibly. To you I say hello. Hello to everybody, everything, everywhere all the time, hello.

Can you believe it has been a whole year since we began sitting together by my fire? It has been for me a glorious gift to be able to speak these 24 lectures (or 30 to be exact) over the last year knowing that you were there generously listening, grunting, laughing, horrified, singing, excitedly twisting in your seats to ponder a little the small bursts of thought that have blossomed on the vine that is my existence as a spiritual servant to The Holys in Nature.

I thank you all. I really do.

But guess what?

There’s more. Plenty more.

We have not even begun to scratch the surface of what I have here to teach. I want us to swim much deeper into the Delicia of Origenous Knowing so that you can be held and learn to hold what has been forgotten, thrown away, or still undiscovered in this frail terrified modern age of epidemic anxiety and the limited life vision of civilizations false claim to being the only way to live, see, or think.

So, with the grace of She who gives us life and They who give us breath, I want you all to know and please tell everyone else, that starting on Wednesday April 9th, 2025, Season II of Please Come Sit by My Fire audio lecture series will run for another beautiful year.

While the books I write, and the blessings I sing out in all my tongues, and the outrageous things that unabashedly blossom from my throat are always meant as gifts, I have never written, prayed or spoke anything to entertain or comfort the modern mind. Those who would just sit back and experience the things I teach touristically, keeping the magic territory of indigenous inner bigness at arm’s length are missing the point and not receiving the intended gift. You see we all have older ears, deeper souls, and wild natural minds living beneath our daily run-of-the-mill existences who are the ones I’m talking to.

You see, my words, both written and spoken, are meant as rasps, files, chisels, hammers and shovels, saws, the able paws and claws of digging animals sent to you the listener to break that life unlived out of bondage, to dig that politically unrepresented soul out of the prison of the tyranny of the flat mindset that people have been forced to mimic and which is so depressive and destructive to a real life.

No, my words are not meant as entertainment for the shallow mind to ease the pain of where you’re at, but as flotation devices for your real soul to survive the ongoing spiritual shipwreck of today’s heading, so you can learn to swim with buoyant knowledge to the wider ocean of the vast mind of Nature’s Heart, to a place of sanctuary and encouragement, where together we can breathe again and greased with grief’s good hearted humor start living in a way that makes what we do a gift of sustenance for Nature’s furtherance.

Apocalyptic thinking has always been a marketing ploy used for thousands of years by religions and civilizations to sell last-minute-cheap-pop-crap and shallow disposable reality to people too scared to see how they are being manipulated into a frenzy of human manufactured hopelessness, while actually causing the apocalypse they fear in their fear and frenzy. Have you been taught that you are here to just experience life and then poof you are gone? Nope– you are meant to be a dimensionally able spiritual pack horse of sanity to carry something bigger than civilization’s lost meander to loss-and-gain.

In the world I live for, you are not disposable, but neither are my words– they’re not here like a bag of cheese puffs to crunch and forget. They are here to be heard, over and over again, slowly allowing your shape to take form in their friendly hands. No friend, my talk is meant to be heard over and over until you slowly understand and become deep like the knowledge itself, so you can live beyond being consumed by not being a scared consumer at the end of the world.

So, Please Come Sit by My Fire for a second year’s worth of origenous breath and mind blossoms and together let’s begin to push our soul vine out from under the fascist bootheel of these heartless misguided times.
